Smart Home Technology - specification

Casa Cala is 100% Smart Home, which means that most of the electrical things can be controlled remotely by apps. Here we explain the different system and how they work and can make the life easier for you.

For help managing the Smart Home Technology at home, each of the three floors have an iPad, that is on the wall (charging when in place) of each fllor. You can bring the iPad with you or you can also control from your own smart phone. There is always a "manual/local" alternative.

Illumination

Over 95 Bulbs & LED Strips (that requires two hubs) are controlled and managed by system. A smart system that allows you to control the color of each unit (remotely and locally). The system allows you to add switches whereever you want (switches that also can be used as remotes as well), you can use dimmer function, program day/night sensor, motion etc. An extremely flexible solution that makes it easy to use from all over the world. An easy to upgrade. The illumination can get any color, any intensity (dimmer).

Aluminium Blinds

Casa Cala has 8 automatic blinds that can be controlled locally with switch (that also can be used as a remote) but also with an app, downloaded to the ipads or your own mobile. You can open/close the blinds remotely without being at the villa.

Entrance Doors

Each of the three doors (main, basement and storage) can be opened remotely. Locally it can be open by code or even a fingerprint. You can set provisional codes (for the gardener, handyman, postman, cleaner etc) and limit the access based on days and hours.

Gates to the Indoor Parking & the Garage

The gates can be opened with remotes, but also with your smartphone, using an app. And you can share the app and authorize the user to open/close the gate.

Climate 

Casa Cala has the Airzone system that allows you to put on/off the cooling/heating/dehumidity and also make a schedule when to turn it on and off.

Sound System

12 seperate controlled speakers are being used indoor and outdoor. Some of the is portable so you can decide where to bring the music. You can off course listen to Spotify but also radion channels that plays your favorite music.

DoorBell

At the front gate you have a system that makes your phone (also inside the villa) ring, and you can answer by looking, talking to the visitor on video and/or open the gate. Perfect for secure package deliveries. Each guest will be photographed and saved with a history so you can check who has rung the bell.

Camera System

6 HD-resolution cameras are all connected to a local harddrive that save the recordings for weeks. You can also save a frequence and share it with others.

Alarm

Casa Cala is connected to profesional security company, that is in direct contact with the police. Several cameras cover the garden and entrance. And you can choose indoor and/or outdoor mode, so you can have the alarm on during nights when your are alone. Of course the system is flexible so you can increase the number of cameras, sensor etc.

Pool

At your request we can install a sensor that is in contact with an app on your phone, sending you details about the quality of the water in the pool (also available for jacuzzi). Then you will get, updated every hour, that temperature, quality of the water (desinfektion, percentage of salt etc).

Solar Panel System

In an app you can get instant updates about what your System produce and the status of the batteries.
